Q1. What is your affiliate program model or payout type?
It is CPS, also known as cost-per-sale. Affiliates are paid for each sale that they generate for bring potential customers into Aquaticmagic store, and make purchase within the cookie duration.

Q2. What is the commission that I will be earning?
10% flat commission on all net sales from customers of this online store.

Q3. Are we free to use any marketing strategy to draw traffic and sales?
We are an ethical company and we would expect all our affiliates to be ethical as well. No parasites or unethical marketers allowed, and we shall reserve the right to withhold the commission if we receive any written complains from customer(s).

Q4. How long before the cached cookie expires?
It is a 30-day cookie duration.

Q5. I have referred my friend to purchase from the my affiliate link, why is there no sales listed under the "Affiliate Program: Sales" page?
There are a few possible reasons:
a. The sales and commission will be calculated when the payment is made (not only checkout). The payment could be made with Paypal or Credit card. You may wish to check with your friend whether he/she has completed the whole checkout process (including the payment).
b. The affiliate cache will be valid only for 30 days. In another words, if the purchase is made more than 30days after his/her first sign up with your affiliate link, it will not be counted as your affiliate sales.
c. If none of above applies, please contact us.

Q6. What is Affiliate Marketing?
In affiliate marketing programs, an affiliate earns a commission from a merchant for generating a desired action, such as a lead or sale, for a merchant that the affiliate is promoting. The merchant provides its ads (also called creatives) to affiliates and offers a pre-determined commission for each action it wants visitors to take. Affiliates place a tracking code for these ads on their websites, in search listings or in their email campaigns. Whenever a visitor uses these links to generate the desired action on the merchant site, these online actions are tracked and recorded by a reliable tracking program. When the desired action is verified, the affiliate is paid a commission for that verified desired action.

Q7. How are sales tracked?
Sales, clicks and impressions are tracked by the Affiliate software deployed on AquaticMagic store. The code provided to you when you created your link contains specific tracking parameters unique to that merchant and tracking provider. It is important that the link code is posted to your site EXACTLY as it was given when you created the link. Alterations to this code can result in lost sales and click tracking.

Q8. How do I get paid?
We are processing the affiliate payments on 15th of every month. Currently the only payment option is Paypal (you will need to register your Paypal ID with us).
